I went to see Paul as I had issues with driving and hoped hypnosis could help me conquer my fear. Before the session I... was very nervous but excited as I was very interested how/if hypnotherapy can help me. Paul made me feel calm and relaxed and explained how hypnotherapy works and what's going to happen during hypnosis.He guided me through to a "light" hypnosis and my subconscious identified the root problem of my fear. Replaced the negative thoughts and bad feelings connected to driving with new positive thoughts and feelings. Since then I drove a few times and my confidence grows every time I'm in the driving seat. I feel confident and relaxed when driving.Would definitely recommend Paul and hypnotherapy!read more

Booked a 3 session package with Paul to focus on my stress and anxiety which was becoming unmanageable. I’ve never had... hypnotherapy before so wasn’t sure what to expect but Paul made me feel really welcome. The 3 sessions were different to each other, focusing on independent issues and overall have made a massive difference in relieving my stress and anxiety! Paul has also given me different ways / techniques to be able to manage my stress and anxiety in the future. I would definitely recommend Paul.read more

I sought help for anxiety and past trauma issues and this process has really helped. I had a number of sessions and... feel Paul was able to effectively judge what was right for me. At the end of it, I feel stronger, more confident and at peace with my new found clarity. Would certainly recommend and having been on medication in the past, this is a far better long term solution, with strategies I can continue to use if I feel I need to.read more

I have never felt better since talking with Paul, he was so friendly and so calming I felt completely comfortable... opening up. On top of how great it was talking to him what I really appreciated was that there was no time limit, this meant I spent longer than I thought there and it came to a very natural end. (Also there was student discount which is always an added bonus). Couldn’t recommend Paul more!read more

I saw Paul, nice personable guy, none judgemental. I had put a post out on a website for help finding a therapist and... Paul called me to ask about my situation. I went in because of panic attacks etc. Which were because of some ptsd I had acquired recently in my life. His hypnotherapy skills helped to work out these issues within my subconscious and I havent had one since. I would definitely recommend his skills as you don't know what is going on inside your sub consciousness if you don't really know how to navigate within your hypnotic state. I contacted Paul with little hope of any recovery as I have already tried many many techniques to treat my anxiety over... the last 5 years. I had zero motivation to get up and go to my first appointment as I had already given up in my own head. However, after the first session, I was already looking forward to the next due to the noticeable differences I felt after only 1 hour. Going and seeing Paul was definitely the best decision I have made to treat my anxiety and most certainly the most effective.
