Have you been considering weight loss hypnotherapy but you quite like the support that you receive from being in a weight loss group? Do you always have a friend that you like to lose weight with? Would you like to use your time on your journey to meet like minded people and perhaps build supportive relationships?
There is an option available to you. On Saturday 3rd May 2014 I will be running weight loss hypnotherapy groups in Leeds centre.
These group sessions give you the opportunity to work with me and receive my exclusive version of weight loss hypnotherapy at a lower price than working with me one-to-one. Not only that but you will be able to receive and give support within your group.
If you have friends or family that would like to lose weight with hypnosis but they aren’t sure about going on their own then this is a perfect solution. The groups are kept nice and small so that you won’t be lost in a crowd of people and then you can be surrounded by people that you know or will get to know and support each other. These groups are running at 11:30 am and 1:30 pm.
You will receive the full guide and hypnosis audio that my one-to-one clients use so nothing will be different for you apart from getting to share your experience with other people. If you want to just turn up and have the hypnosis and not share your journey, that is also fine. It is your choice how involved with the group you are.

Leeds Weight Loss Hypnotherapy Groups – Start Your Own!
If you would like to start your own weight loss group and you have 4 friends or family members that would like to join you, you will get your sessions completely free. You can use my office in Leeds to host your party as well! So you get it for free and don’t even have to have people coming round to your house. Maximum number of people in the group is 8 so that you can make the best use of the space available.
